DMCA Policy

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

AccessAgent.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content hosted on AccessAgent.ai infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it (e.g., the URL of the hosted site)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Send counter-notifications to abuse@accessagent.ai with subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification".

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers. Wallet addresses associated with multiple valid DMCA takedown notices will be permanently blocked from creating new sites.

6. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
