By accessing or using AccessAgent.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AccessAgent.ai is a static site hosting platform. Users upload static files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, audio, fonts) via a REST API authenticated with Ethereum wallet signatures. The Service hosts and serves these files on subdomains of accessagent.ai or on user-configured custom domains.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service uses Ethereum wallet signatures for authentication. Your wallet private key is your credential. You are solely responsible for securing your private key. We cannot recover lost keys or transfer site ownership.
You agree not to upload, host, or distribute content that:
All uploads are automatically scanned by AI content moderation before being made publicly accessible. Content that violates this policy will be rejected. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access at our sole discretion.
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro tier is billed monthly (for example via USDC on Base or PayPal subscription) at the currently published price. Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Pro subscriptions remain active through the paid billing period. Renewals extend from the current period end.
Free tier: 40MB storage, 10GB/month bandwidth. Pro tier: 200MB storage, 100GB/month bandwidth, custom domains.
You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, serve, cache, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. You also grant us the right to scan your content for policy compliance using automated systems including AI moderation.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on our Service infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your site at any time using a signed API request from the creating wallet.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCESSAGENT.AI, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccessAgent.ai and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
